Objective
To ensure and to safeguard the profession of Document Writers in
a legitimate way with a proper plan in all aspects from the new
policies of Government which shall (or) may create hindrance in the
services offered by Document Writers and their associates to general
public, which not only influences the livelihood of Document Writers and
their dependents but also their families, who have established
themselves in the service of the general public.
To bring awareness among the general public, at the same time explain the significant role of the Document Writers and allied services helping the general public in their day to day life.
.Hence, let us all faithfully work, continue the trust
and hope for the best.

Kind attention to all who are behind the plan of implementation and involvement of Mee Seva & e-governance in the R&S Department services offered by Document Writers and its associated workers.
Please stop this experiment of playing with our lives and our livelihood, we are answerable to our families and dependents. This game by name Mee Seva and e-governance by the Government has become a life and death issue for all of us, just imagine more than 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs) of families are totally dependent on this Profession, directly and indirectly, keeping that in view do not make us scapegoats for Government policies by involving our profession into such policies, which will endanger and vandalize our livelihood.
We on behalf of all the Document Writers and their associated workers, hereby kindly appeal the authorities to give us clarification regarding our right to continue our services to the general public which is the only source of our lives and livelihood.

Document Writers Services to General Public
The system of document writing and allied services enables the smooth functioning of the concerned Registration Office of R&S Department in procuring the registration of property, society, firms, marriages, validations &, etc., as well as in obtaining encumbrance certificate of property, certified copies of registered documents &, etc., as per the necessity of the general public.

Myth: Meeseva serves better than Document Writers.
ReplyDeleteReality: Meeseva centers are operated by a under qualified single person without any knowledge of requirement of the client without any training in explaining the encumbrance certificate who in turn depends on a Document Writer for the clarification of the doubts regarding the procedure.
Myth: Meeseva is successfully issuing the Encumbrance Certificate & Certified Copies of the Properties swiftly and correctly.
Reality: None of the Meeseva operators are aware about the concerned registration office of the property therefore they are accepting the Fees from the customers and applying the E.C's with irrelevant particulars which will lead to the rejection of the E.C's subsequently to that act the General Public has to suffer and obtain the E.C. by applying it again with the advice and assistance of Document Writer. However in such case of failure the Meeseva operators are blaming the Department Officials for such rejected E.C's and spreading a false message that the authorities are demanding extra money to accept the E.C. for their failure and lack of knowledge and if the Document Writer helps in obtaining the E.C and when the Document Writers are addressed as middlemen who assist the mankind with their knowledge in procuring the basic requirement before purchasing the property. Thus the General Public has become the ultimate looser in this aspect with the involvement of Meeseva.
However, due to such rejected E.C's. and C.C's. the Meeseva centers are collecting revenue from the General Public even in such a failure case and the General Public has to reapply the same E.C. again and again as such there is no other go.
Myth: There is a plan to provide software for the preparation and presentation of the Documents for registration in association with Meeseva.
Reality: The plan of providing the software for the preparation of documents for registration should be something practical just follow and imagine the below mentioned example
Example: In case of a Sale Deed if and only if the Vendor receives the entire sale consideration then only the Vendor agrees to register the Property sold as mentioned in the document and if the amount is not paid by the Purchaser the Vendor shall not even sign on the Sale Deed as such the Vendor is selling the property to meet his urgent financial necessities and the Vendor cannot wait till his slot comes and if the Vendor is a Govt. Employee, Employee and N.R.I. then the matter is highly impossible to predict and to synchronize with the slot availability along with the Purchaser.
Hence, this is a proposed plan keeping in view to benefit the organisation acting as a bridge to the department, but not a public friendly proposal, resulting which the Purchaser will suffer if the Purchaser has paid the entire sale consideration and the Purchaser will be suffered till the Vendor comes to the registration or such a deal of Sale will be forced to cancel if the Vendor does not cooperate in such an event or else the Vendor will suffer by not receiving the Sale consideration in time to meet urgent requirements.
Myth: Registration Services like Document Writing shall be handed over to Meeseva.
Reality: If the Meeseva is failure in the matter of E.Cs's. and C.C's. just imagine the future plans with Meeseva about the Property Registration, Document preparation and assurance of the property registered by Meeseva keeping this in view.
