Subject:  Representation to reconsider the proposed enactments in the R & S Department which shall shatter the livelihood of a large number of educated jobless people who have created their employment and established their own identity with experience and abilities to serve the need of the General Public with their expertise in the matters of Registration and related matters - Indefinite strike called by the Document Writers for their identity, existence and recognition because of proposed future enactments and merger of Departments i.e. the merger of Registration & Stamps Department into Revenue Department enabling the M.R.O.s (Tahsildars) to exercise the power of S.R.O.s (Registration Officers) from 14th May 2018 onwards protesting the new proposals which shall endanger the livelihood of  Document Writers at large – Req. - Reg.,

With reference to the subject cited above, the Document Writers of Telangana State hereby bring to your kind notice with that from 14th May 2018 onwards we are on Indefinite Strike protesting the new proposals and enactments which shall shatter the livelihood of established Document Writers and their associates serving General The public in Registration related matters. This agitation is spearhead by Shri Siva T.Nageswarlu Garu President TSDWA Telangana State &  Shri P.Ravinder Reddy Garu General Secretary TSDWA Telangana State  in association with Dwaaram Parivaar struggling for the existence, identity  & recognition because of Proposed future enactments and merger of Departments i.e. the merger of Registration & Stamps Department into Revenue Department enabling the M.R.O.s (Tahsildars) to exercise the power of S.R.O.s (Registration Officers).

Further, we hereby kindly submit that we are representing a profession which is originated and defined along with the Registration Act and identified and recognized and ignored for a long time to identify the profession.  

Therefore, keeping the above said matter in view, kindly look into the said matter more particularly in pursuance of the About our Objective and History with categorical analysis of present& proposed enactments and amendments, relating to the profession in updates of the dedicated website of Document Writers www.dwaaram.blogspot.com to reattain the unrecognised identity and to safeguard the profession of Document Writers in a legitimate way for which act of kindness all the Document Writers and their dependent Employees and their families from all over the Telangana State shall be ever indebted for your kind act and resolution passed in consideration of this said matter after due perusal.

Keeping in view of the proposal of merging R & S Department with Revenue Department by Government i.e., To vest the powers of Sub Registrar to Tahsildaar (M.R.O.).

All are requested to think about our future on such proposal and represent our opinion in a legitimate way on the forthcoming consequences, which will not only shatter our Profession and livelihood of thousands of families but also disturb the well-established system of serving mankind in the matters of Registration & Stamps Department.

Also, all are requested to attend the TNGOS Union Hyderabad District Dairy & Calendar Inaugural Ceremony on 29th January 2018 @ I.T.I Shanthinagar, Mallepally, Hyderabad 5 PM onwards and the Chief Guest of the occasion is our Dynamic Young Minister for I.T., Municipal, Major Industries, N.R.I. &  Textiles  Sri Taraka Rama Rao Anna Gaaru and all Ministers along with our President Janaab S.M. Hussaini Mujeeb Saab and Union Members and Dignitaries of the Department and its well-wishers.

• On the 16th day of January 2014, all the Document Writers of Ranga Reddy District (EAST) have called up a BANDH protesting the transfer of registration services to Meeseva as per the call for BANDH given by Statewide Document Writers of Andhra Pradesh.

• On the 26th day of December 2013, all the Document Writers of Ranga Reddy District (EAST) have called up a BANDH protesting the transfer of registration services to Meeseva and also held a massive rally at District Registrar Office Ranga Reddy District (EAST), where all the document writers and their associated workers marched till L.B.Nagar X Roads with slogans for the existence of their livelihood and their dependent families of this profession. Later the Bandh was called up after the scrolling given in the T.V. channels favoring the protest of Document Writers on the 28th day of December 2013. 
  

• On the 29th day of November 2013 all the Document Writers of Ranga Reddy District (EAST) have called up a BANDH protesting the implementation of Registration services of Firm, Societies & E.C.s, C.C.s to the Meeseva Centers as a part of protest all the Document Writers have met the District Registrar and the concerned Officers of the Registration  Office, Ranga Reddy EAST, L.B.Nagar and expressed agony regarding the problem which is going to arise due to such policies by the Government and also explained that this sort of policies also influences their livelihood directly. Further, in view of that, all the Document Writers together as a group have submitted their representation with a detailed explanation about the forthcoming consequences of such policies by the Government.
• On the 01st day of December 2013, all the Document Writers have decided to continue the BANDH and later met the Hon'ble M.L.A. of L.B.Nagar Constituency Shri Devireddy Sudheer Reddy Garu and submitted their representation and discussed the issue in detail with the Group of Documents Writers headed by the seniors who have attended to their concern and also fixed an appointment with the concerned Minister of the Registration & Stamps Department after thoroughly understanding the problem and also assured that he would certainly consider this issue on a top priority and shall do the best in this regard after meeting the concerned minister. 
• On 03rd day of December 2013, all the Document Writers along with Hon'ble M.L.A. of L.B.Nagar Contituancy Shri Devireddy Sudheer Reddy Garu have met the Hon’ble Minister for Registration & Stamps Shri Thota Narasimham Garu and had a detailed discussion with him regarding such policies which shall influence thousands of families dependent on this profession of Document Writing accordingly the Minister has replied that the Government has never targeted the livelihood of Document Writers and further assured that he would consider the issue and shall pursue it and later pacified the Document Writers resulting which the Document Writers have dropped their BANDH.
