Objective

To reattain the unrecognised identity and to the safeguard the profession of Document Writers in a legitimate way with a proper plan in all aspects from the new policies of Government which shall (or) may create hindrance in the services offered by Document Writers and their associates to general public, which not only influences the livelihood of Document Writers and their dependents but also their families, who have established themselves in the service of general public.

To bring awareness among the general public regarding the profession of Document Writing and the safeguard the Professional respect, at the same time explain the significant role of the Document Writers and allied services helping the general public in their day to day life.

To enlighten the significance of this Profession and to cooperate with the concerned authorities by sharing the ideologies to ensure flawless practice in Registration matters and restrain the scope of delinquency in such crucial matters, which will not only facilitate support and feedback system to the concerned authorities but also increases the credibility of the Government by such perfect system of administration through proper guidelines in general public.

History

Document Writing is a traditional practice of true presentation of the facts in the form of document. Earlier most often it was a practice of hand written form of preparation of a document. Later, in the 1980s the Type Writer technology has created its specific importance in the preparation of documents, which were prepared by the experienced Document Writers who have upgraded themselves to such an emerging technology at that time. In fact, the Government has recognized such Document Writers and also issued licenses to the eligible persons to enable themselves in a legitimate way to help the general public with their services. However, as a part of adapting the upcoming technologies, later on the Type Writers were replaced by Electronic Type Writers and after that Computers have been introduced. Accordingly, as per the necessity and requirement, time to time the document writers have upgraded themselves to the emerging technologies to render their valuable services to the general public who strongly trust this system of serving citizens in their real necessities.

This profession of Document Writing has given a horizon and hopes to the huge number of jobless qualified people by establishing themselves as Document Writers and their assistants with their skills and abilities in preparation of documents for registration and associated works. As a result, today across the erstwhile state of united Andhra Pradesh i.e. at present Telengana State and Andhra Pradesh nearly more than two hundred thousand families are dependent on this field of document writing and their allied services in various ways by serving the general public with their expertise in this profession.

Thus, this system of Document Writers serving the general public has established itself as the Gateway to the Registration services.

రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియ పట్ల అవగాహన కలిగి ఉండి, భూ లావాదేవీలను బట్టి విలువల ఆధారంగా నిర్దేశించిన నిబంధనలకు తగ్గట్లుగా ఒప్పుకున్న ఒప్పందాన్ని మాటల్లో కాక రాతలో సందర్భానికి అనుగుణంగా నిజాన్ని అక్షర రూపంలో పొందుపరచి విధిగా అట్టి దస్తావేజుని విషయ పరిజ్ఞానం ఉండి చట్టాన్ని అతిక్రమించకుండా తయ్యారు చేసి రిజిస్టర్ చేయించు కీలకమైన వ్యక్తి ఒక్క దస్తావేజు లేఖరి.

అదేకాక ఒక్క దస్తావేజు లేఖరి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ శాఖా ద్వారా లభించే సేవలను సాధారణ ప్రజలకు సులువుగా సహకరించడంలో కీలకమైన పాత్రను పోషిస్తాడు ఉదాహరణకు..

1. ఒక్క స్థిరాస్తి కొనే ముందు ప్రప్రథమంగా తీసుకోవలసిన అభిప్రాయం ఆ భూమి స్వభావం అంటే ప్రభుత్వ భూమా లేదా ప్రవేటు భూమా తెలుసుకునేందుకు కావలసిన తగు వివరాలు విధిగా సాధారణ ప్రజలకు తెలియ పరచడం మరియు కావలసిన E.C., C.C., Market Value & etc., సులభంగా పొందుటకు సహకరించడం.

2. నేడు వివిధ అవసరాల తగ్గట్టుగా ప్రజలకు సంభందించిన పత్రాల పై స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ అధికారికంగా (ఫ్రాంకింగ్/Franking) చేయించుటకై ఉన్న విధానాన్ని అందుకు కావలసిన ప్రక్రియను సులభంగా పొందేందుకు చల్లాన్ (eChallan) లాంటి సేవలు అందించడం.

3. పిల్లలను దత్తతను తీసుకునే వారికి దత్తత పత్రం (Adoption Deed) రిజిస్టర్ సులభంగా పొందేందుకు సేవలు అందించడం, సాధారణ ప్రజలు తమ వివాహం మరియు ఇతర చట్టబద్దమైన వ్యవహారాలను రిజిస్టర్ చేయించు ప్రక్రియను సులభంగా పొందేందుకు సేవలు అందించడం.

4. అలా అన్నీ నిభంధనలకు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నపుడు స్థిరాస్థి సంభందిత వ్యవహారానికి మరియు అవసరానికి అనుగుణంగా సరియగు క్రియ, దాన, భాగ పరిష్కార, హక్కు విడుదల, విల్లు, సవరణ, ధృవీకరణ, హామీ, తనఖా, లీజు, భాగస్వామ్య, పవర్ ఒఫ్ అటార్నీ (G.P.A.) లాంటి దస్తావేజులు తయ్యారు చేసి విధిగా రిజిస్టర్ చేయించు ప్రక్రియను సులభంగా పొందేందుకు సేవలు అందించడం.

ఇలా సాధారణ ప్రజల కుల, మత, వర్గ, వర్ణ వివక్షత లేకుండా రోజువారీ అవసరాలకు తగ్గట్టుగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ శాఖకు అనుబంధంగా సేవలు అందించడం ద్వారా దస్తావేజు లేఖరి వృత్తికి సమాజంలో ఒక్క ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు ఉంది.
