Special Power of Attorney Precautions

>>> Sign with Black ink pen only on the bottom of each paper wherever specified or (x) is marked with a pencil in presence of a valid Notary Public (or) Indian Embassy Authority of the respective country and get the attestation done more particularly in the place specified particularly mentioned (or) marked with Pencil, along with the Signature and Seal of such Notary Public / Embassy Authority.

>>> For Western Countries authorized Notary Public (or) Indian Embassy Authority of the respective country.

>>> For Middle East Countries attestation only by Indian Embassy Authority.

>>> Affix left thumb impression in Black Color inside the oval outline of Photo Form exactly beside the name of Vendor / Principal.


>>> Always use Black Ink Pen only and Witnesses are not supposed to be other nationals, therefore ignore the witnesses specifically but Notary Public (or) Indian Embassy Authority attestation as explained above is a must.
